Crew Manager

The crew management module of Aviador focuses on the duty time tracking for the flight crew using and online input and reporting mechanism. Crew times can be input manually or automated from flight op systems. If you run the ticket agent system to plan, book, track and manage flights; then flight times can be automated from this system using the assigned crew and then check against the log sheets after the fact for accuracy checks.

Group Setup

By defining the training requirements of a group you can reduce the amount of time to build a new crew member in the system. Our intuitive template builder allows you to define the requirements of a given group and then when a crew member is added to that group they inherit all of the training requirements of it.

Detailed Pilot Information

In addition to group templates, the system keeps detailed crew information that is very easy to find and report on.  Cascadaing due dates make sure that the concept of grace windows, time to present documentation and tolerance concepts are well understood by the system. This takes most of the complext logic away from the admin staff and onto the computer.

In addition to these features, crew manager also has duty time tracking mules and build in e-mail and text messaging to keep pilots and crew informed of dispatch changes and upcoming shift changes as well as training documents & tests.  For more information please contact info@flightop.com and we would be glad to help.
