Ticket Agent

The ticket agent module of Aviador allows operators to put together scheduled and charter routes quickly and to publish them to their public web site in real time. It also allows for airlines to calculate charter quotes online and to convert them into flights with a click of a button. With aircraft type assignment to routes, online booking allows travel agents, corporate clients and the public see the seat availability and to book tickets. From here the operator can also activate flights, change aircraft, check in passengers, check in bags, and generate boarding passes and baggage slips. With a travel agent module that allows agents to log in and book tickets, review commission balances and or search for passengers that they have booked in the past, the Ticket Agent module offers everything an new airline needs to get up and running and selling tickets to the public.

Online Booking

The online booking widget from Ticket Agent interfaces with the routes and schedules setup on the online admin tool to deliver an online booking tool that can be easily integrated into your web site to allow the public to book tickets online.

Route Planner

The Ticket Agent module allows for the development of multi-leg flight schedules. Flights are developed to have start date dates and end dates to control when they appear for booking. They are customized with aircraft type to control available seats and seating configuration for seat selection. Flights can be set with exemption dates and are configured using the 7 day week options. Leg departure and arrival times are always developed in local time and flight times are calculated using the UTC of the way point of the origin and destination airports.

Easy Pass - eTicket

The Ticket agent module has full support for eTickets with QR bar codes to allow agents to scan smart phones / tablets when passengers present ID for check in. This speeds up the checkin and boarding process and saves the environment also by reducing paper and key strokes to get your passengers onboard.

Baggage & Freight
