Online Booking

Aviador allows for the creation of regular flight schedules as well as charter flights. By associating these flights to an aircraft type and seat configuration, the flight seats and flight availability is uploaded to an online widget that allows for online booking on your web site. We have a robust billing module that uses direct flight billing and can also extrapolate flight costs based on airport hub configuration and flight leg routing. With our experience with working with charter companies we can also allow for account reserved seats so that corporate accounts are billed through a standing agreement so that your corporate accounts can book flights with ease at their leisure with a simple sit sign in.

Crew Management

The Aviador crew management module allows for the tracking of flight crew duty times in order to ensure that crews have flight hours available and ensures that crews do not become stranded. By linking into dispatch features of flight planning, crew time horizons can predict issues with crew time well into the future.

In addition to duty times, crew management also tracks crew training events and ground crew training events. By integrating training events around group templates, when crew is added to the system and assigned to a group, they automatically inherit all the training requirements of the group. For example when a crew member is added to Flight Officer group, they will receive all the training events required of this group. Specific training requirements for this officer can then be switched off or added to in order to ensure a fully customized training profile can be created for a first officer in under 5 minutes.

With the ability to handle to the concept of sliding tolerance and grace windows, also with an automated reminder feature when backup documentation is required, crew management is made much easier with Aviador.

Real Time Monitoring

In addition to flight route planning, online booking and ticket agent functions, Aviador allows for the dispatch functions required for real time flight tracking. By assigned aircraft to scheduled flight information, flights can be activated in the system and managed through each of their legs. These dispatch features allow for flight tracking, crew scheduling & assignment, flight cancellation & passenger rebooking &and flight re-routing / aircraft & crew change. By handling this through a browser independent web interface, these flight dispatch operations can be handled on iPads out of the office of in the flightops center. This delivers maximum flexibility and management features to your staff in the field.

Ticket Agent

With 2D and regular scanning codes integration, ticket agent functions in confirming passengers, assigning seats, handling standby passengers, checking baggage and baggage tags are snap. A web based interface makes access to the system very easy for employees as well as external handling agents. Additionally web based check in is also available for users through the internet and or mobile phones/ iPads.

Built in passenger manifests and weight balance reports also make enplaning functions much simpler for final check. With tracked baggage and freight functions the removal of baggage for missing passengers is made much easier for ground crew staff.
